This Cookie Policy explains how Auryxcoreniq S.A.S. uses cookies and similar technologies on auryxcoreniq.com. It is designed to comply with Law No. 25,326 of the Argentine Republic, the EDPB guidelines for 2026, and with Google Consent Mode v2, required by the updated Google Ads policies.
1. What cookies are

2. Categories we use
We distinguish four categories: (a) Necessary, essential for the site to work; (b) Functional, which remember preferences such as language; (c) Analytics, which help us understand navigation anonymously; (d) Advertising, which allow us to measure campaigns and personalise communications through Google Ads.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with default values set to 'denied' for the advertising and analytics categories. Google scripts respect the consent state and only activate measurement or audience segmentation after you have accepted the corresponding categories. We also apply the ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough flags to minimise the information shared.
4. How to manage your preferences
You can accept all, reject all or configure category by category from the banner that appears on your first visit. Your decision is kept in your browser. If you delete cookies or local storage, the banner will appear again so you can choose once more.
5. Third-party cookies
We use Google Ads (identifier AW-18064110603) exclusively when you grant explicit consent for the corresponding categories. Google acts as an independent controller with respect to data collected through its technologies.
6. Retention
Necessary cookies expire when the browser is closed or when the system indicates so. Functional, analytics and advertising cookies have a maximum duration of thirteen (13) months in line with European and Argentine best practices for 2026.
7. How to disable them from the browser
In addition to the banner, most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies from their privacy settings. Disabling necessary cookies may affect the operation of the site.
8. Updates
When we modify this policy we will publish the new version on this same page. If the changes affect the scope of consent, we will show the banner again so you can review it.
